KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
Lead & coach the team across landscape projects
Manage the delivery of materials from a variety of vendors including plants, hardscaping, lumber, and landscape supplies
Organize and track invoices
Maintain quality across multiple job sites at once
Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, subcontractors, and partners
Represent our brand to the highest degree
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of landscaping experience, ideally as a site supervisor/lead
Experience leading and coaching a team
Ability to read and understand landscape design plans and elevations
Understanding of plant types & material orders
Previous experience in landscaping/horticulture, stonework, or fence/deck work
A positive attitude and desire to learn
A “get things done” attitude
